I didn’t think... read more the sofa would be clean ever again. I contacted Clair and from the minute I spoke to her I was out at ease and they actually came the next day to see my sofa/quote. Clair and her husband are such a lovely couple who made me feel at ease the minute I met them, they advised that some of the stains may not come out due to the nature of the stain but would try.
